The Fugitive Recovery Training Program (Blended – 80 Hours) prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and legal framework necessary to work in bail enforcement, skip tracing, and fugitive recovery in Texas. This blended program combines online instruction with in-person field exercises and firearms qualification to ensure students are trained in both theory and practice.
The course emphasizes compliance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702 (Private Security Act), Texas Administrative Rules, and Webb County bail bond regulations, while also covering best practices for working with local bail bond companies, the Sheriff’s Office, and the District Attorney’s Office.

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the 80-hour blended program, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Texas Elite Academy. This certificate demonstrates specialized training in fugitive recovery, bail bond operations, skip tracing, and field tactics. It may be used to strengthen employment applications with licensed investigation companies, bail bond agencies, or fugitive recovery teams, and to prepare for compliance with the Texas Department of Public Safety – Regulatory Services Division (DPS/RSD).
