Welcome to Texas Elite Academy, operated by TPSG LLC (DBA Texas Elite Academy), located in Laredo, Texas. By accessing our website, social media platforms, online learning portal, or enrolling in our training courses, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, platforms, or training services.

2. Services Provided

Texas Elite Academy provides licensed training programs under the Texas Private Security Act, Texas LTC courses, NRA-certified firearms instruction, and other professional safety and educational training.

3. Requirements
   1. By participating in any course, I certify that:

I am not prohibited from possessing or renting a firearm. I understand that providing false information, whether orally or in writing, or presenting false/misrepresented identification is unlawful and may result in legal action.

4. Age Requirements
   1. You must be at least 18 years old with valid identification to attend most courses (exceptions apply for Hunter Education).
   2. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present and participating.
5. Alcohol/Drug Policy:
   1. The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
   2. Any individual suspected of impairment—including from alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription/over-the-counter medication—will be removed from training and may be reported to law enforcement.
   3. Determinations of impairment are at the sole discretion of the Range Officer and are final.
      
6. Pregnancy/Nursing Mothers:
   1. Expectant or nursing mothers must provide written clearance from their primary care physician due to potential exposure to lead and loud noise.
7. Visitors:
   1. Only registered students are allowed in the classroom and range areas. No guests or visitors are permitted.
8. Eligibility
   1. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in most courses (21 for firearms-related courses such as LTC, unless Texas law states otherwise). By registering, you represent that you meet eligibility requirements under Texas and U.S. law.
9. Indemnification
   1. You agree to hold harmless TPSG LLC DBA – Texas Elite Academy, its officers, employees, and contractors from any liability arising from participation in our programs.
10. Student Dismissal
    1. TPSG LLC DBA – Texas Elite Academy reserves the right to remove any student  under reasonable circumstances without refund or rescheduling.
11. Attendance & Withdrawal:
    1. Students who leave voluntarily or for medical reasons will not receive a refund, course credit, or rescheduling.
12. NRA Instructor Courses
    1. Students must demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and attitude to complete the course.
    2. Failure of the written test or range qualification (per NRA guidelines) will require full re-enrollment at the standard course fee.
    3. Safety violations will result in permanent dismissal from future courses.
13. License to Carry (LTC) Private Security – Range Portion
    1. A $25 fee applies for each reattempt if you fail the range qualification portion.
14. Payments & Refunds
    1. All payments must be made in full before training begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    2. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment and before course attendance.
    3. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late arrivals
15. Package Deals & Group Discounts
    1. All package and group discounts are non-refundable.
16. Private Courses
    1. All members must register 20 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and reassignment to a regular course.
17. Online Courses
    1. No refunds for online/digital products.
    2. Online LTC/ SECURITY  range portions are scheduled within our calendar. Outside dates are treated as private courses and incur additional fees.
18. Tardiness
    1. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals beyond this window will be dismissed without refund or rescheduling.
19. Refunds:
    1. 75% refund available if canceled 15 days or more prior to the course date.
       
20. Rescheduling:
    1. Must be requested 10 days prior to the course date.
    2. Only one reschedule permitted per student; additional rescheduling requires full re-enrollment.
    3. A $25 fee may apply.
       
21. No-Shows:
    1. No-shows forfeit all payments and eligibility to reschedule.
22. Course Fees & Discounts
    1. Fees may be modified at any time. Courses are non-transferable.
23. Communication Consent
    1. By providing your email address, phone number, or mailing address, you consent to be contacted by Texas Elite Academy via email, phone calls, text messages, or postal mail regarding training, enrollment, scheduling, or promotional updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time
24. Student Conduct
    1. All students must follow safety rules, instructor directions, and facility policies. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
    2. Skills learned during training must never be used for unlawful purposes.
    3. Students may be denied entry for any reason deemed necessary by the Academy.
       
25. Intellectual Property
    1. All course materials, content, videos, and documents are the property of Texas Elite Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
26. Links to Third-Party Websites
    1. The Academy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites linked through our services.
       
27. Limitation of Liability
    1. Texas Elite Academy, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from training participation, except as required by law. All firearms training carries inherent risk, and students participate at their own risk.
28. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Webb County, Texas.
